How Do I Know if my Emotional Wellness is Healthy?
There isn’t a number like your weight that you need to get to have healthy emotional wellness. Improving your emotional wellness is a journey, so do not rush it because it does take time to understand your emotions and learn how to accept them.
To learn how healthy your emotional wellness is, ask yourself these four questions:
- How do you properly manage stress?
- How do you treat others at the office and outside of the house?
- What kind of outlook do you have in life?
