How do I connect to my Atria fitness tracker device?
Initial setup
- Download the latest version of the FitTrack MyHealth app
- Register an account on FitTrack MyHealth
- Complete details page
- Make sure the Bluetooth function is on and that your device is set to “discoverable”
- Under the device connection page, tap search
- Select Atria watch and tap connect.
Existing Users 1/2
- Make sure Bluetooth is on
- Open your FitTrack MyHealth app
- In the My Day Tab, tap on Add Device (top right-hand corner)
- Select Search Select Atria Watch Select Connect
- Your Atria watch is successfully connected

- Make sure Bluetooth is on
- Open your FitTrack MyHealth app
- Select the Profile tab (bottom right corner)
- Connected devices will show below.
Can’t Connect Atria to App
- Open the FitTrack Health app
- In the app, Select Profile Devices Tap Disconnect All Devices Confirm
- Force close the FitTrack Health App
- Select Bluetooth app on your device
- If Atria Device is showing connected select Device select forget this device
- Go to Bluetooth settings on phone and turn it off for 5 seconds and turn it back on
- Turn Off Atria Device by holding down on the button
- Re-open the FitTrack Health App
- Select Profile Devices Search for Devices Select Atria Connect Successful Connection
- Users will be prompted to Pair and Connect
- The app may prompt for additional permissions (Notifications)
Note - if there are other Bluetooth connected devices in the area, it may be helpful to isolate the Atria during the connection process.
1) Navigate to Phone settings Select Bluetooth settings Select Atria watch Select forget this device Navigate back to the FitTrack MyHealth app and reconnect your Atria watch
- Only 1 user can pair to the Atria Device at a FitTrack app at a time
