How do I connect to my Beebo scale?

New Account

  • Download the latest version of the FitTrack MyHealth app
  • Register an account on FitTrack MyHealth
  • Make sure the Bluetooth function is on and that your device is set to “discoverable”
  • Open your FitTrack MyHealth app
  • Option 1: In the My Day Tab, select Add device (top right corner) Select Search Select Scale Select Connect
  • Option 2: Select Profile Connected Devices Select Search Select Beebo Scale Connect to Device

Existing Users

  • Open your FitTrack MyHealth app
  • Log in with your credentials (or the app will keep you logged in)
  • Option 1: The Scale will automatically connect to the App if previously connected (Your status will read Connected)
  • Option 2: In the My Day Tab select Add device (top right corner) Select Search Select Beebo Scale Select Connect
  • Option 3: Select Profile Connected Devices Search for Devices Select Beebo Scale Connect to Device

Can’t Connect Scale to App

  • Open your FitTrack Health App
  • In the app, Select Profile Devices Tap Disconnect All Devices Confirm
  • On your Scale, remove batteries and put them back in to reset scale (scale should flash a few circles then show 0.0 for weight)
  • Force close the FitTrack Health App
  • Go to Bluetooth settings on phone and turn it off for 5 seconds and turn it back on
  • Re-open the FitTrack Health App
  • Select Profile Devices Search for Devices Select Beebo Scale Connect Successful Connection
  • Go to the home page and tap on the green Body Measurement card
  • Your Body Measurement Page should show your Connected Beebo Device below the scale icon
  • Step on the scale
  • The scale will display your weight
  • The scale will display flashing zeroes on the scale while it analyzes your body composition
  • The scale will display your weight again on the scale
  • Your 17 measurements should be available within the FitTrack Health App
