When a user that had a FitTrack Pro logs into FitTrack MyHealth but their data is not showing up.

  1. Download the FitTrack MyHealth app here iOS or Android
  2. Login using the same email id & password used on FitTrack Pro, please ensure case sensitivity with your original login email
  3. Accept prompt to migrate data to transfer all data

If Data from FitTrack Pro is not displayed on FitTrack MyHealth

  • Option 1:
    • Did you create a PRO account on the same day as the new FitTrack MyHealth account?
    • If YES, escalate to support@getfittrack.com. Customer Support will request the FitTrackTeam to process the migration manually.
    • If NO, move to Option 2
  • Option 2:
    • Log out of the PRO app, Log back in.
    • Quit the app (NOT log out). Login again.
    • If this doesn’t work, escalate to support@getfittrack.com. Customer Support will request the FitTrackTeam to process the migration manually
