Refunds and Returns

At FitTrack our primary goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. If you're not pleased with your purchase, please contact us at support@getfittrack.com and a Customer Success Agent will be more than happy to assist. While we hope it doesn't come to that, we'll make it as painless as possible with our "30-day Satisfaction Guarantee."

You may be asked to provide the following below:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Screenshots/Pictures/Videos showing the exact issue you are having with our product

To qualify for a refund or replacement, items MUST be returned in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned product a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note the funds may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank’s processing times.

Return shipping fee in returning your product for a reason other than that it is defective will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that only purchases made directly from getfittrack.com qualify for our return policy. For all other FitTrack products, please contact your authorized reseller where the original purchase was made.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@getfittrack.com or call us at +1 888-627-4376.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
